This Agenda Bill is for approval of two quotes from the same vendor. The quotes alone do not need
Council approval, but the two together total $ 29,089,43, This will be purchased using WA State
Contract No. 05916. There are sufficient funds ($60,000) left in the project budget for the equipment.
The first quote is for purchase of a new dump body. The City accepted delivery of two new Dump
Trucks for the Street Department in December of 2020. Staff was hoping to be able to use the
existing dump body from one of the trucks, but the equipment does not fit the new truck. The cost of
the dump body is $12,960.510
The second quote is for two Stainless Steel Sanders at $16,128.92.
