SUMMARY: Changes to Chapter 10.10 of the Parking code include:
1. In 106104010, addition of the term, "Boat Trailer" to the definitions.
2. Addition of 10.10.070(s) Parked on Sidewalk as a violation.
3. In 10,10,110(b)(3) "Vehicle Impound - Other Enforcement" adding no parking on city property.
