A virtual Study Session of the City Council %J the City of Bremerton was called to order on
Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 5:00 PM, with Council President Kevin Gorman presiding.
Council Members present were Eric Younger, Mike Simpson, Michael Goodnow, Leslie Daugs, and
Pat Sullivan. Council Member Lori Wheat was absent. Lori Smith, Legislative Office Manager, was
present to provide staff support.
President Gorman established that to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the City Council is
conducting the Study Session via a Zoom webinar with Council Members and staff participating
remotely. He further established that the Study Session was open for the public to listen in, but
there would be no opportunities for input; no action is anticipated; and the content of these items is
subject to change. If approved by the Council, items will be placed on the January 20, 2021 City
Council Meeting Agenda...

B. GENERAL COUNCIL BUSINESS
Other General Council Business was discussed; including a reminder that the City Council
would participate in a virtual Joint Planning Workshop with the Mayor and Department Directors
on Saturday, January 30, 2021 beginning at 9:00 AM.
President Gorman reminded Council Members to submit their proposed topics for his
consideration for the Joint Planning Session; and reminded the public that the next regular
Council Meeting will be held remotely on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 5:30 PM.
With no further business, the Study Session was adjourned at 7:14 PM.
