SUMMARY: In the passing of the 2021 Budget the City Council Authorized a $100,000 expenditure
from the Affordable Housing Capital Fund to Kitsap Community Resources for the Weatherization
and Minor Home Repair Program. This program will begin January 1, 2021 and is anticipated to
serve approximately 10 to 15 households.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement and Scope of Work for Citywide
Weatherization and Minor Home Repair with Kitsap Community Resources in the amount of
$100,000; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same
terms and conditions as presented.
