aware that the purchase was not a sole source, and that other vendors are able to sell the fixtures.
In compliance with BK8C 276. additional bide were obtained (total of received), and the |ovv bid was
from North Coast Electric. The purchase approved bvCouncil onOctober 21.202Owill not be
oornp|ated, and instead staff request approval to purchase the 78 LE[} light fixtures from North Coast
