In consideration for permission to enter the property owned by the City of Bremerton,
hereinafter referred to as OWNER, located at parcel #352401-1-002-1004, 352401-1-
001-1005, and 362401-1-001-1004 (the area commonly known as the 3000 Rd.) to access
the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY at parcel
#362401-1-003-1002 for activities related to site specific work necessary to fulfill
requirements of a contract issued by the United States Government related to replacing a
culvert under the railroad in this area, the Contractor(s) agrees to hold the City of
Bremerton, its officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers harmless from any i
and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits, including all legal costs and attorney
fees, arising out of or in connection with the performance of activities on the properties
referenced above.
This Hold Harmless Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Washington.
THE UNDERSIGNED HAVE READ THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT AND FULLY
UNDERSTAND IT.
