AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton dedicating as
right -of --way a portion of Parcel No. 371 M 16-04MO6 located at
the intersection of Park Avenue and 6th Street, as fully described in
this ordinance.
WHEREAS, the City desires to make certain improvements to the intersection of
the right-of-way located at Park Avenue and 6th Street; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the proposed improvements, the current right-of-
way would need to be expanded to accommodate the improvements; and
and
WHEREAS, the property needed to expand the right -of --way is owned by the City;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the
public to proceed with the dedication of the right -of --way on City owned property to allow for
planned improvements to the intersection of Park Avenue and 6th Street; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Recitals. The foregoing recitals are incorporated as if fully set forth
herein.
SECTION 2. Dedication. The portion of property located at the intersection of
Park Avenue and 6th Street and described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and as further described
in the site plan set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto, is hereby dedicated as a public right-of-way.
SECTION 3. Recording. The City Clerk is directed to file with the Auditor of
Kitsap County, Washington for recording a copy of this ordinance and the attached exhibits, duly
certified by the Clerk as a true copy.
SECTION 4. Corrections. The City Clerk and codifiers of this ordinance are
authorized to snake necessary corrections to this ordinance including, but not limited to, the
correction of scrivener, clerical, typographical, and spelling errors, references, ordinance
numbering, section/subsection numbers and any references thereto.
SECTION S. Severability. If any one or more sections, subsections, or sentences
of this Ordinance are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portion of this Ordinance and the same shall remain in full force and
effect.

Right -of --Way Dedication
SECTION o. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten
(10) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
