SUMMARY: The current lease agreement with American Tower Asset Sub, LLC d/b/a American
Tower for the existing south tower on parcel 292401-2-002-2008 located on Water Utility property,
expires October 31, 2021, American Tower has held this lease since 2006. This Amendment would
extend the lease until October 31, 2026 and give American Tower renewal options, allowing for five
(5) additional 5-year extension terms, making the potential lease term a total of 30-years. The term
does not change the 50% sublease split and the Tower currently has two (2) subleases on the
Tower. This agreement also includes a one-time prepaid signing bonus of $45,000, After the initial 5
years, this will result in a $50,440 increase in rent potential.
