SUMMARY: The work includes all materials, equipment, supplies and services necessary to
rehabilitate Well 6R at the Anderson Creek Wellfield near Gorst. The well has experienced a reduction
in well yield and the intent of the current project is to improve the efficiency of the well by rehabilitating
it with mechanical surge development techniques. Additionally, Well 1 R will be tested to measure the
pumping capacity in preparation for its future development.
There were four (4) bids submitted on October 1, 2020. The lowest responsive, responsible bidder
was Holt Services Inc. in the amount of $103,877 (which includes sales tax).

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to award the contract for Well 6R Rehabilitation to Holt Services
in the amount of $103,877 (which includes sales tax); and authorize the Mayor to finalize and
execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
