SUMMARY: The 6tn Street Preservation Phase II Project will be replacing the traffic signal at 6tn
Street and Park Avenue and upgrading curb ramps at the intersection to be compliant with current
American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. To construct these improvements, the City needs
to acquire a portion of the Bremerton Municipal Court property (Assessor's Tax Parcel Number 3718-
016-049-0006), a City owned property. Since this is an intra-City property transfer, federal real
property acquisition regulations do not require just compensation.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None. Right of way acquisition costs and staff
time are budgeted in the 6tn Street Preservation Use II project.
