SUMMARY: A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) was advertised on June 19�h, 2020 for the
consultant selection for the Kitsap Lake Park Renovation Project. Of the five submittals received,
Parametrix ranked as the most qualified to perform the engineering services necessary for this
project.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): REET funds were identified for this project in
2021 and are available for transfer in 2020.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Bremerton and
Parametrix, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $113,889 and authorize the Mayor to finalize and
execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented; and further
authorize a budget adjustment in the same amount in the Parks Construction and General
Government Capital Improvement Funds.
