SUMMARY: Complete proposals were received from only one company qualified for this type of
work. This project requires a temporary boiler to be set up to maintain digester temperatures. Only
Cole Industrial has portable boilers suitable for our application. The total cost for this project (boiler
repair, rental of temporary boiler and trailer rental for temporary boiler transport) will be $98,400 plus
Washington state sales tax.
