SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the Warren Avenue Park Improvement Projectvvena
Opened on W1a[Ch 3, 2020. Five (5) bids were received. Sound Pacific Construction, LLC was the
lowest responsive, responsible bidder with a bid of$928.404.18 0/V88T included) for park elements

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to award a contract in the amount of$967,451.30 (WSST included) to Sound Pacific
Construction, LLC for construction of the Warren Avenue Park Improvement Project; and authorize
the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions
as presented; and further authorize a budget adjustment to transfer $107,303 from the General
Government Capital Improvement Fund and increase the 2020 Parks Capital Construction Fund
revenue and expenditure budgets per the attached project budget.
