The current stormwater General Facility Charge (GFC) is based on a study completed in 2015; best practice would review the fee every 3 to 5 years. Staff have coordinated with FCS Group to update the Stormwater GFC considering the current 6-year Capital Improvement Plan, and current system growth projections.
