SUMMARY:
The Street Department has requested approval to purchase 8 hydraulic breaker and compactor for
the departments mini excavator. This equipment will significantly assist with our sidewalk program.
In the past we have borrowed the Water Utilities equipnOeDt, and have instances where both
Divisions need the equipment at the same time. The purchase price for the equipment is $18.730.11
including Washington State oo|ea tax. It was not budgeted within the 2020 budget but there is
personnel savings this year that will cover the expense.
