SUMMARY: This project will improve stormwater quality in Ostrich Bay Creek through the installation
of 15 Linear Modular Wetland Systems (MWS) at multiple locations in the area of Kitsap Way,
Bruenn Avenue, and Auto Center Way. MWS treatment systems treat runoff for total suspended
solids (TSS), dissolved copper, dissolved zinc, and total phosphorus, and provide flow control.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Eudgeted Amount): The project is budgeted for construction in 2020
for $177001000 and the grant is $802,367, with the remaining funding from the Stormwater Utility fund
