AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, amending rates, fees and charges
established in Ordinance No. 5382 relating to stormwater general
facility charges.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend rates and fees established in
Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 5382 relating to stormwater general facility charges; NOW
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Rate Tables Amended. The section set forth in Exhibit A of
Ordinance No. 5358 entitled "General Facilities Charges" is hereby amended and reestablished
by amending the stormwater general facility charges as set forth in the attached Exhibit A of this
ordinance, said exhibit is incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION2. Rate Tables — Effective Date. The amendment and
reestablishment of rate tables as set forth in Section 1 above shall be effective on the effective
date of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. Co�Nections. The City Clerk and codifiers of this ordinance
are authorized to make necessary corrections to this ordinance including, but not limited to, the
correction of scrivener, clerical, typographical, and spelling errors, references, ordinance
numbering, section/subsection numbers and any references thereto.
SECTION 4. Seve�abiliiy. If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this ordinance are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this ordinance and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTIONS. _Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten
(10) days from and after its passage, approval, and publication as provided by law.
