9:00 to 10:30 AM Review of 2019 Council Goals (Determine which Goals move forward)
10:30 to 11:45 AM Potential 2020 Council Goals Including, but not limited to the following:
Streets Capital Fund
o Secure additional funding (e.g. 2/10 of 1% sales tax with sunset
clause
o Dedicate additional existing revenue streams for Street Fund
Affordable Housing
o Pursue additional funding for affordable housing and solutions to
homelessness (e.g. 1/10 of 1% sales tax for affordable housing)
Increase Public Outreach, City Government Transparency, and
Accessibility
o Make utility taxes more transparent as part of transition to monthly
utility billing
11:45 AM Lunch (In the main dining area)
