The Cable Television Franchise (the "Franchise"), Ordinance No. 5100 of 2009, between Wave
Division IV, LLC (the "Grantee") and the City of Bremerton, Washington, provides at Section
2.3 that the Franchise may be extended for five (5) additional years to December 31, 2024
unless the Grantee is in material breach of the Franchise and has not cured such breach.
There being no such breach of the Franchise by the Grantee it is agreed between the parties that
the current Franchise be extended for an additional five (5) years with a new expiration date of
December 31, 2024.
