SUMMARY: The Bremerton Municipal Court is entering into a new contract with the Kitsap County
Sheriff's Office for Court Security Services to provide security for the courthouse at 550 Park Avenue.
ATTACHMENTS: Contract with Kitsap County Sheriff's Office
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $69,665.00 plus the cost of the replacement
officer. This amount has already calculated into the budget. This is the same rate as 2019.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Courthouse Security Services Contract between the City of Bremerton and
Kitsap County Sheriffs Office for Courthouse Security Services; and authorize the Mayor to finalize
and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
