SUMMARY: The current Golf Course Management Agreement for Gold Mountain Golf Club will
expire on December 31, 2019. A Request for Proposals was issued on June 4, 2019. Three
proposals were received. A Proposal Review Committee was formed and reviewed and evaluated
the proposals, conducted interviews and performed other due diligence. The Committee
recommended retaining Columbia Hospitality, Inc. and entered into contract negotiations for
management of Gold Mountain Golf Club.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the agreement with Columbia Hospitality, Inc. for the management of Gold
Mountain Golf Club; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially
the same terms and conditions as presented.
