CITY COUNCIL BUDGET WORKSHOP MINUTES
Monday, November 4, 2019
The Budget Workshop of the City Council of the City of Bremerton was called to order in the
Mayor's Conference Room 637 of the NORM DICKS GOVERNMENT CENTER located at 345 6th Street,
Bremerton, Washington, on Monday, November 4, 2019, at 4:15 PM, with Council President Eric
Younger presiding. Council members present were Richard Huddy, Michael Goodnow, Lori
Wheat, Kevin Gorman, Leslie Daugs, and Pat Sullivan. Financial Services Director Mike Riley;
and Assistant Financial Services Director Caroline Tompson were available to respond to general
questions; and Legislative Office Manager Lori Smith was present to provide staff support to the
Council.
President Younger announced that this final Budget Workshop was for Council to provide any
concerns or questions to Administration in preparation for the Final Public Hearings scheduled
for Wednesday, November 6 (for public comment only) and Wednesday, November 20.
With no further business, President Younger adjourned the Budget Workshop at 7:25 PM.
