SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance updates language in Section 15.06.010 of the Bremerton
Municipal Code to correct the reference to General Facility Charges, and to clarify the exception of
these charges from the 150% assessment for service outside the City limits.
The proposed ordinance updates language in Section 15.06.015 of the Bremerton Municipal Code to
change the index relating to rate adjustments of general facility charges.
