SUMMARY: This update to the Bremerton Municipal Code updates language in Chapter 2.92 to
allow the City Attorney or designee to approve the purchase of an insurance policy without City
Council approval when the annual premium does not exceed $25,000. Further amends the chapter
correct language relating to claims management.
