SUMMARY:
Puget Sound Energy is requesting the City grant an easement for a project to improve power
reliability on Belfair Valley Road. The project will install more robust "tree wire" and will also install a
vault and appurtenances on City utility land. To complete the work PSE requires an easement of
approximately 833 square feet.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): PSE will compensate the City 1 500 for the

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to authorize the granting of an easement to Puget Sound Energy, Inc. for power system
improvement along Belfair Valley Road; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
