Re: Changes to Starz/Encore and Epix Programming
Dear Ms. Monroe:
We are committed to keeping you and our customers informed about changes to Xfinity TV
services. Effective December 10, 2019, eleven channels associated with Starz—Starz Edge,
Starz in Black, Starz Comedy, Starz Cinema, Starz Kids & Family, RetroPlex, IndiePlex, Encore
Classic, Encore Suspense, Encore Family and Encore Espanol, where carried—will be removed
from the channel lineup.
At the same time, we're adding Epix to the packages that previously included the eleven Starz
channels. With Epix and its associated channels—Epix 2, Epix Hits and Epix Drive-In—
customers will get unlimited access to hit films, critically acclaimed original series,
documentaries, and more, uncut and commercial-free. We are notifying customers who
subscribe to those packages of these changes.
Please feel free to contact me at (253) 864-4274 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Edlira Kuka
