PERMANENT SLOPE,SIDEWALK AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
The Grantor, PROPEL INSURANCE AGENCY, LLC, a Washington Limited
Liability Company, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00)
DOLLARS, and other valuable consideration, conveys and quitclaims, without warranty,
unto the City of Bremerton, a Washington municipal corporation, and its assigns, a
permanent public non-exclusive easement over, under, upon and across the hereinafter
described lands for the purposes of constructing and maintaining support slopes in
excavation and/or embankment for sidewalk construction and support thereof; and
together with a permanent public non-exclusive easement over, under, upon and across
the hereinafter described lands for construction, repairing and maintaining a public
sidewalk; and together with a permanent public non-exclusive easement over, under,
upon and across the hereinafter described lands for the purpose of installing, constructing,
maintaining, removing, repairing public utilities, together with all connections, and
appurtenances thereto, with the right of ingress to and egress from said described lands.
All rights herein are granted to the same extent and purpose as if the rights herein
granted had been acquired under Eminent Domain statutes of the State of Washington.
Said lands being situated in Kitsap County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:

See Legal Description shown on Exhibit A and further depicted on Exhibit B attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this Easement is hereby tendered and
that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of
Bremerton unless and until accepted and approved hereon in writing by the City of
Bremerton.
The Grantors make no, and expressly disclaim, any warranty of right, title and
authority with respect to the above-described lands. The easement rights granted herein
are quitclaimed by the Grantors to the CITY OF BREMERTON without any such
warranty.
