SUMMARY: This update to the Bremerton Municipal Code updates language in Chapters 15.01,
15.02, 15.04, 15.05, 15.06, 15.07 and 15.08. These updates provide clarifying language relating to
definitions, eliminate conflicting language, remove restrictions on refunds, update code references,
update the Stormwater code for compliance with the new NPDES Permit, and account for the
transfer of Utility Billing from Public Works and Utilities to the Department of Financial Services.
