Water Utility Communications Assistance
SUMMARY:
Beginning in 2014, the City of Bremerton entered into an agreement with Peripheral Vision
Communications to provide: recommendations regarding the land valuation and use;
recommendations on easement purchases; review and recommendations of water system
communications; review and recommendations on site lease agreements. The City of Bremerton
would like to continue to utilize Peripheral Vision Communications for on-going site lease activities
and water system communications.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The total contract not to exceed amount is
$30,000. The contract has a balance remaining of$9,113 rolled over from the original not to exceed
amount of$24,500. There is no impact to the 2019 budget and the increase of$5,500 is included in
the 2020 budget.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Peripheral Vision Communications d/b/a
FIFO Networks, Inc. for the Site Lease and Water Utility Land use consultancy; and authorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
