SUMMARY: The project will install bicycle lane improvements on Washington Avenue, Burwell
Street, and Pacific Avenue; and install pedestrian lighting improvements to three existing
crosswalks along Pacific Avenue. The City evaluated four consultant's Statement of Qualifications
from the MRSC roster, from which Parametrix, Inc. was selected.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix; 2) Site Plan
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project is budgeted in the 2019
Transportation Capital Project Fund in the amount of$50,000. This contract is not to exceed
$30,622.51.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix, Inc. for Design of the
Downtown Bremerton Bicycle/Pedestrian Circulation Improvements Project; and authorize the
Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as
presented.
