State Route 304, Montgomery Avenue Vicinity to Park Avenue Vicinity
The Grantor, City of Bremerton, a municipal corporation, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) Dollars, and other valuable consideration, hereby
conveys and warrants to the State of Washington, acting by and through its Department of
Transportation, Grantee, the following described real property situated in Kitsap County, in
the State of Washington, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of
Eminent Domain, the right, privilege and easement over, upon, and across the hereinafter
described lands for the purpose of highway construction activities, together with the right to
allow thereon the temporary relocation and operation of above or below ground utility
services and appurtenances owned or controlled by others including electric power,
communication, water, sewer, and natural gas, and together with plant establishment.
The temporary rights herein granted shall terminate on August 31, 2020.
Said lands being situated in Kitsap County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:

TEMPORARY EASEMENT
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this temporary easement is hereby tendered
and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the State of
Washington unless and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the State of
Washington, by and through its Department of Transportation, by its authorized agent.

42.02 feet southerly therefrom, said point being on the west line of Lot 20, Block 4,Navy
Park First Addition to Charleston;thence northerly along said west line to a point opposite
said HES and 39.80 feet southerly therefrom; thence northeasterly on a curve to the right
