A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, adopting the 2020 — 2025 Six Year
Transportation Improvement Plan.
WHEREAS, after proper notice,the City Council of the City of Bremerton held a
public hearing at the regular meeting of the City Council at 5:30 p.m. on July 3, 2019 to consider
public testimony on the City's proposed 2020 -2025 Six Year Transportation Improvement Plan
and, having considered public testimony to the Plan and in accordance with the provisions of
RCW 47.80;NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The 2020 through 2025 Six Year Transportation Improvement
Plan, set forth in Exhibit"A" attached hereto and herewith filed with the City Clerk, is hereby
adopted.
SECTION 2. Severability. If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.

2020-2025 Transportation Improvement Program Overview
This section provides an overview of the changes from the previous 6 year project list (2019-2024)to this
year's 6 year project list (2020-2025). The changes are segmented by: projects removed; projects added; and
other changes. Projects were generally not removed, however,the total TIP cost was reduced significantly due
to consolidation listed below and projects being implemented in future years (i.e. 2026+)which reduced the
total amount of cost reported. The major revisions to the project list are as follows:
1. Removed and consolidated projects with redundant scopes;
2. Removed all SR303 projects pending recommendations from Corridor Study
3. Removed completed projects;
4. Added or adjusted projects to be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan;
5. Added newly funded projects;
6. Added unique ID to each project;
