This work has been performed via a Professional Services Agreement that was executed on April 24, 2019 and amended on May 29, 2019 to increase the compensation to $25,000. This Contract Modification would add $45,000 to the contract to fund this assistance until approximately October 31, 2019, which should provide sufficient time for the vacant Development Engineer position to be filled. ATTACHMENTS: 1) Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix, 2) Contract Modification 1 to PSA, 3) Contract Modification 2 to PSA FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): None as the consultant is working approximately half-time.
