SUMMARY: Based on an evaluation of proposals provided by qualified consultants selected from
the MSRC Consultant Roster, the City has selected Murraysmith to provide consulting and
engineering services for the Pump Station 14 Relocation Project. This project involves replacement
of the existing Pump Station with a new pump station that pumps from the E240 Zone to the E398
Zone. The new pump station will be located on City owned property near the intersection of Wheaton
Way and Schley Blvd. This project also includes water main improvements to complete the loop
between Homer Jones Drive and Schley Blvd.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is in the approved 2019 budget for
design.

Move to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Murraysmith in the amount of$378,564;

conditions as presented.
