SUMMARY: The City has been in an 8-year contract with Imperial Parking (Impark) to administer
the City's Residential Parking Program; and to provide parking enforcement services. During the 8-
year term, revenues in all garages and lots have increased steadily under Impark's management. In
addition, Impark has implemented City policies and provided support and knowledge of the city's lots,
and key stakeholder agreements.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Amendment, Current Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $425,000 has been budgeted in 2019 for parking
enforcement services. The amendment is within the budgeted amount.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Imperial Parking;
and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the amendment with substantially the same terms
and conditions as presented.
