SHARE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS the City of Bremerton requires Storm Water General Facility Fees (GFC's)
to be paid prior to the execution of the Utility Service Agreement or a deferral of GFC fees
approved by the Public Works Director through a written agreement per Bremerton Municipal
Code 15.06.020 (13);and
WHEREAS the undersigned, as owner of real property within the City of Bremerton,
described in Exhibit "A" and attached hereto by reference herein, (hereinafter "Premises") has

made application for land subdivision and has requested a deferral of Storm Water GFC fees for
the Common Plat Improvements; and
WHEREAS the Common Plat Improvements are defined for the purposes of this
agreement as all hard surfaces within the Plat with the exception of hard surfaces within each of
the Single Family Residential Lots;and
WHEREAS -a total of 72 Impervious Hard Surface Units (IHSU) have been identified
for the Common Plat Improvements in the Wright Creek - SDAP plan approved by the City and
attached hereto as Exhibit"B";and
WHEREAS the approved SDAP Plan includes 1 10 Single Family Residential Lots when
complete;
NOW, THEREFORE,the undersigned owner (hereinafter"Owner")and the City of Bremerton
(hereinafter "City"), in consideration of the Owner's Deferral Request and the mutual covenants
set forth herein,the parties do hereby promise and agree as follows:
1. Assessment of Storm Water Fees for Plat Improvements Excluding Housing
Units.
Each of the 110 Single Family Residential lots shall be assessed an equal share of the total IHSU
charge owing for the Common Plat Improvements. This charge shall be calculated as
(72/110)*IHSU. The IHSU charge for this calculation is the amount in effect at the time the
assessment is paid. Any revision from the approved plat improvements outlined in Exhibit B
resulting in an increase in IHSUs shall result in the recalculation of this amount. This
assessment is the proportionate share of the Common Plat Improvements only, and does not
include the Storm Water GFC due for the IHSUs on each Single Family Residential lot. Both the
Lot-IHSU Assessment and the Storm Water GFC for each Single Family Residence (SFR) are
due at the time of building permit issuance for each SFR.
2. Covenant.
The undersigned further agrees that this Agreement and the promises made herein constitute a
covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon the undersigned and their heirs,
successors, and assigns, and that this Agreement shall be filed for record in the office of the
Kitsap County Auditor.
