SUMMARY: The City's current Interlocal Agreement provides for Mason County to provide chip seal
services. Mason County has given the City 4 days to do as much of this work as possible, with the
2019 street segments shown on the attached location maps. The 2019 estimate is for$205,000, and
the work is tentatively planned for the week of June 17.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This item is included in the 2019 Residential
Street Fund.
STUDY SESSION AGENDA: ❑x Action Requested
RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the 2019 Work Request/Exhibit with Mason County for Chip Seal services; and
authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the same terms and
conditions as presented.
