SUMMARY: The Public Works Department is taking advantage of the Marina Square project to

The Department has arranged for bypass pumping with Godwin Pumps of Kent. The cost for the
bypass pumping was expected to be less than the Department's approval authority of$25,000.
Complexities encountered during the discharge header work have extended the need for the bypass
pumping, which is now expected to cost$31,625.81.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Agreement for charges 2) Sole Source Memo
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Expenses for this work are budgeted for 2019 and
