Pollution Liability insurance coverage for 2019 through 2021 has been bound with Illinois Union Insurance Company. The premium for the two-year term of 2019 through 2021 is $77,164. This coverage is subject to a $100,000 self-insured retention per loss. ATTACHMENTS: None. FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Adequate funds are available within the Risk Management Fund to procure this coverage.
