SUMMARY: The City Attorney recommends the approval and funding for a part-time (Rule 9) Legal
Intern, for up to 20 hours per week at a rate of$20.00 per hour, commencing May 2019. The
attached memo from Prosecuting Attorney Gina Buskirk provides information relating to the position.
