SUMMARY:
Puget Sound Energy has requested the City grant an easement for utilities to be constructed to
support the telecommunication tower under construction at Forest Ridge Park.

Move to authorize the granting of an easement to Puget Sound Energy, Inc. for a
Telecommunications Tower at Forest Ridge Park; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute
the easement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
