SUMMARY: The City owns a parcel of land that functions as an alley benefiting all surrounding
properties. Currently none of these properties have legal access through the City's parcel. An
adjacent property owner has requested the City grant an ingress/egress easement to allow
construction of a garage on their property. The proposed easement dedication provides legal access
to all abutting properties.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Ingress and Egress Easement across City property accessed from Elizabeth
Avenue North of 11th Street; and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the easement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
