SUMMARY: The fire department is proposing to have one paramedic ambulances remounted/
refurbished. The 2006 vehicle will have a new Dodge diesel chassis place under their current boxes.
The box would have modifications and berefurbished. This process has been done bvthe fire
department in2U1Oand 2O17has been cost effective. The total cost ufthe remount/refurbish and for
a Power Load Lift from Stryker Medical would behioh includes Washington State
taxes. The eatinnotedcost tOpurchase one totally brand nevv8n0bu|anceewould beapproximately
$250,000. The Fire Department is proposing to use the sole source provision on this proposal.

including Washington State Sales Tax from Stryker Medical from Chicago, IL.
