SUMMARY: The City entered into contract with Willis of Seattle, Inc. for insurance broker services in
2003. From 2003 to 2018, Willis of Seattle has extended its agreement with the City without any rate
increase. The proposed amendment extends the agreement for one year at the rate of $37,500.
ATTACHMENTS:
1. Proposed Amendment No. 8 to Professional Services Agreement; and
2. Professional Services Agreement with Amendments No. 1 through 6
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The Risk Management Fund has adequate funds
budgeted to pay for the services contemplated.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve Amendment No. 8 to the Professional Services

conditions as presented.
