SUMMARY: This study will take a look at the Engineering Division's workload and provide
recommendations.
ATTACHMENTS: 1) Proposed Professional Services Agreement; 2) Scope of Work
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Negotiated contract cost is $53,970. This study
will be paid for from professional services line items budgeted for 2019 in the Water, Wastewater,
Storm Water, and transportation funds.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve a Professional Services Agreement with FCS Group to conduct a workload analysis
for the Public Works Engineering Division, and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the
agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
