SUMMARY: The intent of this ordinance is to create a new Chapter 6.11 in the Bremerton Municipal
Code. A program would be established to protect the community from blight that would otherwise be
caused by improperly secured or maintained vacant buildings; and ensure compliance with the
International Property Maintenance Code.
