SUMMARY: Sound Ridge Drive is a private street that was constructed partially on City property
around 2006. During construction the developer defaulted, and the property was returned to Kitsap
Bank who owned the property. Kitsap Bank also owned the 2.5 -acre parcel immediately south of
Sound Ridge Drive. In order for the 2.5 -acre property to be developable it must have legal access
from Sound Ridge Drive, and so Kitsap Bank has requested the City dedicate an ingress and egress
easement across the City's property for the existing Sound Ridge Drive to all benefitting properties.
