HomeMy WebLinkAbout12/19/2018 5KAGENDA BILL CITY OF BREMERTON 5 K CITY COUNCIL SUBJECT: Interlocal Agreement with Kitsap Study Session Date: December 12, 2018 County, City of Bainbridge Island, City of COUNCIL MEETING Date: December 19, 2018 Poulsbo, City of Port Orchard, Suquamish Department: Police Tribe and Port Gamble S'Kallam Tribe for Presenter: Captain Randy Plumb RideAlong Labs Inc Services Phone: (360) 473-5225 SUMMARY: Enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Kitsap County, City of Bainbridge Island, City of Poulsbo, City of Port Orchard, Suquamish Tribe and the Port Gamble S'Kallam Tribe to implement a software tool which will be available to law enforcement personnel to facilitate and enhance interactions with individuals with mental health issues. ATTACHMENTS: Interlocal Agreement for RideAlong Labs Services, Attachment A, Amendment 1 FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Kitsap County has obtained sufficient grant funding to pay for the RideAlong application software, services and license fees for the Parties for three (3) years, commencing on April 15, 2018. Should this Agreement be renewed or extended, each Party shall be responsible for paying the RideAlong per user license fee for their designated users of the software and associated fees.
