SUMMARY: The Mayor is seeking confirmation of the reappointment of Richard Nerf to the Planning
Commission. Mr. Nerf has served on the Commission since January 2015 when he was appointed
to fill the unexpired term of Position 6, which ends on December 31, 2018. Mr. Nerf's new term will
be from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2023 (a regular 4 -year term).
