SUMMARY: The Bremerton Fire Department is applying for the Assistance to Firefighters Grant
(AFG) for Medical Equipment. This grant will allow the City to purchase one LUCAS Device and ten
AED devices. The grant is from FEMA.
ATTACHMENTS:
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): LUCAS device is $17,725.05 and the 10 AEDs
are $23,259.14, for a total of $40,984.19 including tax, with a 10% matching requirement
from the City, of $4,098.42.
